Epavlis Meteora Suites Hotel

The owner was very nice. she recommended to us where to go and gave us the map of the village with marks of all the places. she spoke very good English and was very willing to help with everything. the view from the balcony was amazing and the room was comfortable and nicely decorated. the breakfast was the best we had during all the trip in North Greece.

We had a lovely stay in meteora. The hosts were great about helping us find things to see/do/eat in the area. The hotel is a little outside of the downtown area, so good for being quiet, but not so good if you want to walk to dinner.

This was an amazing bed & breakfast experience! Maria, our host, was so helpful and friendly and she made a delicious homemade breakfast buffet. Our room was spacious , clean with The most spectacular view of Meteora. The location was quaint and peaceful, but just a few minutes from the city center. I highly recommend the Eplavlis Suites!

Can't say enough about this one. Charming and very clean. The big hotels could learn a thing or two about hospitality from Epavalis Suites. Homemade food to top it off and an informal garden dinner. We would go out of our way to stay again.

Beautiful room with the most comfortable beds we've encountered in Greece. Kind and helpful owners that go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable, they even shared their ice cream with us after a day of exploring the monasteries. It's just quite far away from everything, which is not a problem when you have a car or enjoy walking (and the owners are willing to take you to the bus/train station when needed). Just don't expect to be close to everything. The location indicated on Hotels.com is not right, Google maps does a better job.

Location is on a hill and has wonderful views. Very relaxing and quiet; above the hustle/bustle of the town. Technically, there is no street address yet assigned, but Google maps shows the correct location (mapquest is wrong). It's a bit difficult to find, but owner has more signs to place around town. In addition to a typical European continental breakfast, the owners provide several homemade local dishes. And they enjoy chatting with guests and giving advice (with map) on visiting the Meteora monasteries. Their restaurant suggestions are good also.
