My stay here was incredibly comfortable and welcoming. The highlight was definitely the breakfast each morning—it was exceptional. The hospitality provided was top-notch, making the entire experience truly memorable.

This was a lovely clean and tasteful, handy hotel, with lovely helpful owners and a hearty breakfast made to order. A relatively peaceful, and quite relaxing place. I did lament the missing plug in the shub, but was too shy to askfor 1, as I wouldve dearly loved a bath. A market just close by, and public transport around the corner for 1 soles, and a pleasant airport shuttle by one of the family owners. Will be very happy to visit here again.:D

I enjoyed the hospitality and warm welcome that Efrain offers as you walk through the doors. Clean, spacious room with very comfortable beds and large windows providing great views of the city. Location to a variety of nearby restraunts. This family own and run hotel offers all the amenities that of other hotels at a fraction of the price. On average, it costs about 2.50 taxi ride into the city center. The hotels also offer various multiple day and overnight tour packets with the convenience of hotel pickup. Breakfast was filling and delicious. The best part of the experience is learning about Pervian culture that Efrain offers. This experience will bring me back to this hotel during my next visit.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. I felt safe and at home with them. I will definitely consider to stay again in this hotel next time I go to hike in Peru.

This property was the most welcome surprise during my trip to Peru! I had few expectations but even had I arrived expecting the best, I would not have been disappointed! This establishment is like the perfect hybrid of a hotel and B&B. You will be greeted by the kindest proprietors, who will treat you as family. They will be sure everything is perfect, and when they say breakfast is included, they mean it! What a delightful surprise that instead of the typical lazy "continental" breakfast, you have breakfast made for you personally, and brought to you personally. While you are there, your room will be kept immaculately spotless; I returned to my room and almost thought it was the wrong one; my dirty clothes were better folded than I am able to fold my clean clothes! Even the lobby is so clean, it seemed like something out of a magazine! If you have many questions about everything like I did, they will patiently answer them all in fluent English as I needed, and provide excellent insight about the area and the country. Though I did not experience altitude sickness, I did notice oxygen provided in the lobby if it had been an issue! I would say it was like staying with family, but my family has never hosted me this kindly and thoughtfully. My only regret was that I couldn't stay longer at this wonderful place! If you are staying to see the Cusco area, or simply transiting on your way to Machu Picchu, this should be the first hotel you consider!

This is a very good deal for the travelers who want a clean, comfortable, and affordable experience in Cusco. The management is very friendly and quick to help. This is my place of lodging in Cusco.
