The service was impeccable. it was very clean and the neighborhood was safe and easy to get to and from airport and central tourist area.

Florida del Inca Hotel took great care of us with an early breakfast and a quick shuttle to the train station. The owner tried to comp us the ride but it was obviously quiet at the hotel and we insisted on paying the small fee. I recommend Florida del Inca Hotel wholeheartedly.

We stayed for one night and the owner was super friendly and accommodating. We arrived late and needed to have an early breakfast and he arranged everything to happen on time. Really comfortable rooms and we slept really well. The hotel is very well located for the airport.

The property is run by owner and family itself, they were really helpful in all aspects. Good breakfast, nice an clean environment, free airport shuttle drop, only thing is a bit speedy WIFI.

My stay here a while back was amazing! The hotel was cute and very clean and our room had a beautiful view of the city. Also, my most favorite part was that the staff were so friendly and professional and just went above and beyond for us. We even asked two of them at the front desk on our last day about the distance to the airport before we ordered an Uber - and the gentleman at the front desk wound up offering us a ride himself. The front desk was also very knowledgeable about the area.

The hotel is run by the owner's family, and they were very kind and friendly. They picked me up at the airport and dropped me off there with free service, and they stored my suitcase while I went to Macchu Picchu. The location of the hotel is not close to the central square of Cusco, but I could go there by taxi or Uber with only less than $2. It was only 10 min drive. Also, the room was very clean and large, warm water came from the shower, breakfast was good, and coca tea was served with free. I recommend that you should stay at this hotel when you are in Cusco, and of course, I will stay here again when I go to Cusco.

A nice family run hotel near the airport. The breakfast was excellent with lots of different fresh cut fruit, fresh juice, and eggs made to order. They made me a delicious vegetarian omelet! The owner drove us to the airport in his car and made us feel very welcome during our stay. We arrived here and needed to change currency to pay the taxi driver; the reception staff was promptly helpful even though they’re a family run hotel. We were very tired and needed hot water, a hair dryer, a plate and fruit knife — everything was quickly made available to us. The room is plain but very large and with a comfortable bed and great shower. I’d certainly recommend staying here if you have to catch a flight in the morning!
