Florida del Inca is a really great hotel. It was super clean and modern and the staff were so helpful - I was able to store my luggage while completing the Inca Trail and also was given a late checkout as I had a night bus to catch. Staff also helped me organise laundry and tours at cheap prices. Would definitely recommend!

The staff made this place unique. Efrain and his family were amazing hosts and made me feel at home. They helped us get around the city, suggested great restaurant choices, made sure we got our taxi at 4 am and even packed me and my girlfriend lunches to take with us. I would suggest to anybody out there!

The owner and staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The owner offered transport to and from the airport and other nearby locations. He also arranged a local sight seeing tour. It is a small hotel, but a big winner at a great price.

Average hotel, I made the booking in Aus but at the hotel was charged USD. Which made the booking double the amount. The hotel is very basic and room very plain. Service is good and breakfast ok. Local area is not great but close to airport. Free airport transfer included but these are not licenced and will not drop you off at the airport but outside the airport to avoid the airport fee

The property is nice and clean. It is enough for a night's sleep. However if you are booking this hotel for the complimentary shuttle service to the airport be warily. We had an early morning flight out of Cusco. The flight was at ~5:30am; however, we did not receive the complimentary shuttle service to the airport. Instead the hotel called a taxi for us that we then paid for. We had notified them ahead of time, and they said everything was okay.

We liked this place enough that we stayed twice, once before our trek and again after. Very reasonable, very nice staff. Close to the airport but not necessarily to the historic part of Cuzco, but easy to walk to.

This was a very pleasant place to stay, especially due to the unfailing hospitality and helpfulness of the Senora and her staff. Although located at a distance from Cusco's historical centre, taxis were easy to access for around £1.50 (S/6) and there was a cheap bus service (20p) if you don't mind having to stand part of the way. There are excellent markets nearby, where - as on the bus - you get a broader feel of contemporary Peruvian society.
