Overall okay, not great. The main doors are always close for some odd reason and the actitud of the space is not great. No complain with the amenities

Got in late Monday night and most restaurants were closed. Efrain gave us a menu and options to order out and then went out and picked up our food. Also gave us a ride to the airport at the end of our stay. The entire staff was helpful. Ideas on places to see and what to do. Room was clean and comfortable. Excellent value. Highly recommend this place.

The owner went out of the way to assist me, from picking me up from the airport, getting me dinner at late night ,to fix me up breakfast at 4:30 am, to get me tour tickets after the business hours and to drive me to a restaurant. I suffered from altitude sickness on my first day and stayed in room all day. The owner called in the evening to find out if I am okay because I didn't go down for any of the meals. It was very nice of him. Later he got me some medicine which helped me feel better. Now about the hotel, it's less than 10 minutes away from the City Center and the taxi fare is between 4-5 Soles (less than $2). The owner keeps the hotel spotless... It's noticeably clean. Rooms have awesome view of the city and the mountains. The owner can arrange tour tickets at a very reasonable price. I paid $300 plus for Machu Picchu tour on line but the owner could get it for $240. He got me awesome deal from Cuzco to Puno and Floating Village in Uros for $100 which included hotel and shuttle to the airport ( juliaca) and all admissions, buffet lunch. Regular online cost is $159. The hotel also offers free airport pickup and drop off and breakfast. I strongly recommend this property for your stay in Cuzco.
