The location, one block back from the beach, was ideal!

The motel has been renovated but there is still work that needs to be done. Simple things like replacing the rusty door hinges makes a huge impression and fresh paint around the window frames. Also, ensuring the window crank is securely attached. We only stayed one night, and were given the tiniest room because of this (as told to us by Maggie), completely taken up by the bed. The air con was effective but quite loud, emphasized by the fact it was within inches from the bed. I would not recommend nor return, until more upgrades have been made.
