Exeptional hotel, comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean. Amazing beach and beautifull garden. Very good food in the restaurant. Awesome cottage. We wish to come back

Jacuzzi incroyable, la piscine, la plage en face de notre bungalow, le petit déjeuner plein de fruits, le monsieur avec son petit véhicule qui nous a attendu à l’aéroport (ultra souriant et très gentil). L’accueil tout court à l’aéroport était très chaleureux. Pour l’anniversaire d’une amie ils ont ajouté une bougie et ‘joyeux anniversaire’ en chocolat. Ultra mignon et en plus le tiramisu était incroyablement bon!

L’emplacement de la clim, la clim devrait être mieux placée pour tout le bungalow (on était trois, donc la troisième personne dans le salon, la chambre était top) ou sinon des moustiquaires pour qu’on puisse ouvrir la porte. La location de vélos - cela devrait être gratuit comme dans les autres logement (2000 francs pour 2h, alors que dans les autres logements c’est gratuit). Les toilettes dans le bungalow sont très sales - on dirait qu’un monsieur a pissé sur le bois autour ce qui fait que c’est pas du tout agréable d’y aller.

Le site très bien entretenu. Le bar très sympathique. Le petit déjeuner excellent. Le personnel très attentionné. L'accueil à l'aéroport et notre arrivée à l'hôtel. Le bungalow 45 très bien exposé. Le prêt de kayak et pirogue.

We are currently staying at Kia Ora in Rangiroa and overall have had a mixed experience that does not match the extremely high price point (approximately $925/night with taxes) The resort grounds and setting are undeniably beautiful, and the restaurant food was mostly very good. The diving in Rangiroa was spectacular. However, the property itself does not feel particularly well maintained. In our room, the shower fixtures were loose and wobbly, tiles were broken, and the air conditioning has not functioned properly during our stay. Despite asking for assistance, we were unable to get meaningful help resolving the AC issue, which was especially frustrating in the tropical heat. Prior to our arrival, we sent two emails to the hotel expressing interest in arranging diving during our stay and never received any response. This lack of communication unfortunately continued once we arrived. We were also disappointed with the resort-affiliated dive operation, which required a medical certificate for divers over 65. While safety standards are understandable, other highly reputable dive operators in Rangiroa did not impose the same requirement and were much more welcoming and accommodating. Fortunately, we found Top Dive next door and had an excellent experience with them. They were professional, friendly, organized, and easy to work with. Other reviewers had warned about the resort bicycles, which surprisingly are not complimentary despite the already extremely high room rates. Because of this, we either walked everywhere or relied on one of the island’s very limited taxis, which were also quite expensive. Before arriving at Kia Ora, we stayed at Le Tikehau by Pearl Resorts, which fully met expectations for a luxury Polynesian resort experience. If choosing between the two destinations, we would personally return to Tikehau. The diving was equally wonderful, but the overall hospitality and resort experience were notably better. We also recently visited Fiji and found it equally beautiful, significantly friendlier, and far more affordable overall. Kia Ora has a gorgeous location and potential, but at this price level we expected substantially better maintenance, communication, service responsiveness, and guest support.

Snorkeling excursion was amazing. Infiniti pool and personal hot tubs were great. Food was good, especially sandwiches at the bar.

Le site est magnifique et l’emplacement est parfait, à proximité de l’aéroport et pratique pour les différentes excursions. Le personnel est sympathique. Le restaurant est très bon

Les équipements sont vétustes. Les chambres ne sont pas du tout à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles. Les matelas sont vieux et inconfortables. Les chambres, les salles de bain, les terrasses des chambres et les jacuzzis ont besoin d’un grand rafraîchissement. Pour les espaces communs, c’est encore pire, les toits du lobby sont complètement percés et l’eau ruisselle sur les équipements lorsqu’il pleut. Les terrasses autour de la piscine sont dangereuses et sont à la limite de céder lorsqu’on marche dessus.

Nous avons adoré le bungalow sur plage avec jacuzzi. Personnel au petit soin.
