Gorgeous surroundings with plenty of green space. Very relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Spa treatments were amazing!

Aside from queues for coffee at breakfast (as one coffee machine out of action), we had a great stay.

It was nice having everything in walking distance, the spa is lovely and the rooms are a good size

For what you paid for the room, it dkes need a lick of paint and a bit of tlc. There was also a massive”caution wet” sign just stuck in the jacuzzi! Also some of the staff were incredibly rude. One girl ignored us while waiting at the bar and then laughed when we asked for service. Another girl rolled her eyes at us when we asked to book a table at the restaurant, to be told we had to walk around the corner. Most of the staff were lovely though.

What a relaxing place to stay at not far from London but away from the bustle and noise. Spa facilities are great but I love their gardens, sprawling at the back of the hotel near the woodland with lots of little features to catch the eye. Many kinds of beautiful flowers, trees, lakes and bird life. We even saw rabbits and a deer! I slept so well in the comfy king size bed, our lovely room facing one aspect of the gardens. Very peaceful and quiet.
