Great lawn. Excellent clean room. Balcony is excellent. Gokul was quite helpful. Overall staff is kind and courteous. Food buffet spread can be improved and made more beautiful.

"terrible stay"

nothing went well in our two day stay

Our stay at the hotel was terrible. At the reception, while checking in at 6 pm, we were given a room that was barely cleaned. Half-eaten cookie packet in the room, used water bottles and glasses. The check in lady asked us to make full payment of the room at checkin for all days and an advance for the food that we might or might not order (shows that the staff is only concerned about money). one night, we heard a knock in our room past midnight when we were sleeping and when we did not open the door, the housekeeping opened it from outside, saying that they got water when we didnt ask for it (scary experience). The food was below par. We were denied veggies in our baby food, saying they are scared it might not get boiled properly. All in all, it was a terrible experience and definitely not considering it or recommending the Hilton group for any future travel or stay. It was far from a five-star experience.
