El hotel esta bien ubicado y siempre nos trataron con amabilidad. La atención en la piscina fue muy buena. La habitación estuvo de primera.

Worst best western ever been will never ever recomende anyone

The hotel was situated in a good part of Isquitos, a short walk to the square and the waterfront with restaurants. The tour company inside the hotel was great and organised a day trip in to the Amazon. The room was clean and air conditioned but the air conditioning didn't get to cold but was a lot better than outside. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even organised to drive us to the airport.

Difficult to sleep with the loud music coming from the pool area.

Las instalaciones buenas, pero falta una limpieza a fondo de la habitación. Detrás de la cama había telas de araña. El aire acondicionado le faltaba gas, no enfriaba mucho. La piscina necesita renovar todo el revestimiento, por más que la limpien siempre da la apariencia de estar sucia. El desayuno muy bueno, pero hay que cuidar que estén merodiando moscas, hormigas y arañas. No es tan agradable comer con esos vichos y sobre todo en la selva.

The hotel have a good location, the quality of service and rooms are enough co fortable to spent short vacations in Iquitos.

I was traveling by work and stayed there by two nights, without hot water neither internet. The person in the front desk told me that they are working to repair it, until 15 minutes before to leave, she told that in this area of the hotel they never have hot water, and the internet always is very low. I am angry because they lie me all the time.

I had no idea what to expect in Iquitos in general. I was pleasantly surprised by the hotel! It was clean, hot water, a tv with cable, air conditioning, clean linens and a balcony. What else can you ask for? The staff was friendly, but barely spoke English (which is my problem for not knowing Spanish as well as I should). Overall it was a great stay! I had a cold room each night, hot water to shower in and clean towels. They even have a little fridge with an assortment of cold drinks in the room.

el hotel organiza eventos los fines de semana con personas de empresas o instituciones utilizando areas comunes del hotel como la piscina, estas estubieron ocupads por gente que no estubo alojado en el hotel entre niños y adutos dejando sucio todo el ambiente y el ruido que hacian fue insoportable fue muy desagradable mas parecia un paruqe publico que un hotel para descansar

Esta bien . Me encantó la climatización del hotel y la piscina
