Beautiful hotel. We were greeted pleasantly at reception. We were checked into our room very quickly. The room was clean and fresh. The restrooms have everything you need. The towels smell wonderful! A very filling breakfast is served in the morning. Coffee and juices are delivered to the room. Thank you, I will definitely come back again.

Плюсы: номер чистый и аккуратный, уборка ежедневная и качественная. Все необходимые мелочи (щётка, паста и т.д.) всегда были в наличии. Персонал вежливый, просьбы выполняли быстро. Очень понравилось, что завтрак можно заказать в номер без доплаты.

Минусы: при продлении проживания до 18:00 мне назвали цену 50% от тарифа, но с карты списали 100%. Сначала сотрудники признали ошибку и пообещали вернуть деньги, но на следующий день отказались. В итоге я заплатила полную стоимость за лишний час пребывания. Руководство так и не вышло на связь, вопрос не решили.
