Apto muito bem localizado, dentro do centro histórico, ao lado catedral Sta Croce. Amplo, iluminado. Tem uma janela com vista muito simpática

La chambre que nous avons eue était assez petite. Elle ne correspondait pas aux chambres standard qu’on avait vues sur le site. C’était une chambre faite pour 2 lits séparés. L’espace pour le lit double était très étroit.

Beautiful suite, elegantly furnished, large space overlooking a square. Bathroom very nice. Well located in the old town.

The location was perfect. The classic suite was huge and made it comfortable to stay. The view from the balcony amazing

There is no staff on property. They were great with information on what’s app. However, there was a desk, but nobody was there. I missed a concierge or someone on property to answer questions or give directions on a new city.

Clean room and nice large bed. Friendly staff.

Even though the host didn't speak English we were able to communicate, he was very good about our late arrival. He even gave us a free breakfast of croissants with coffee and tea. Very nice location, only about a 20 min walk from the train station.

The location was fantastic, Alessandra sent very good directions via WhatsApp before our arrival for the premises and also parking facilities. She was very helpful, polite and accommodating throughout our stay. I would highly recommend staying here.

Very little really, the room was small, no real view but when you stepped outside the door you were in the centre of everything. There was a slight noise from a vent but not sure what it was.
