Santacroce Luxury Rooms

Abbiamo soggiornato il 14 e il 15 agosto e, nonostante i giorni festivi, il rapporto qualità prezzo è stato ottimo. La struttura è nel centro storico (posizione eccellente), in una zona a traffico limitato, a cui non hanno accesso le auto (per cui consiglio di portare con sé bagagli leggeri). La nostra camera non era particolarmente grande, ma arredata in stile minimal e pulita molto bene. Durante il soggiorno gli ospiti della camera accanto alla nostra erano particolarmente rumorosi e lo staff è stato molto disponibile per risolvere la situazione. Anche il nostro leggero ritardo al check out è stato tollerato. Complessivamente consiglio la struttura e ci tornerei qualora dovessi visitare nuovamente Lecce.

L’unica pecca è la scalinata all’entrata per poter raggiungere le camere, ma solo nell’ottica del carico / scarico bagagli. Il resto direi perfetto!

Para llegar a la recepción debías subir una escalera de 2 tramos , las toallas las cambiaban cada 3 días , la cafetera con sarro imposible usarla ,we fi no funcionaba . Cuando te vas no tenes quien te ayude con las maletas igual si llegas después de las 13 hs . No es un hotel . Muy ruidoso ya q da a la calle y las ventanas no son dobles , los pistigobez dejan pasar la luz .

Great location opposite the cathedral! Room was comfy and nice.

Depending on the time of your arrival, taxi might not be able to reach the accommodation due to circulation restrictions as location is right in the heart of the historic centre. When I first checked in, the room’s lock was broken but thanks to the immediate attention of Alessandra, that was fixed while I was out exploring the city.

The staff was just lovely. The room and bathroom were very clean. The bed was almost too comfortable. Daily cleaning.
