Location is great. Staff is very kind and helpful. We had the suit with city view. lots of space with two large couches.

The stairs... if you have luggage and have difficulty with your back/ knees ; it is hard to carry the luggages . The layout is interesting with coffee machine at the back of the bed at a desk however the actual kitchen is by the entrance of the bathroom.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was fantastic. It was close to restaurants, shops, and just around the corner from the Basilica di Santa Croce. When I first arrived and noticed there was no front desk, I was a little nervous, as I prefer having someone available in person. But Alessandra completely put my mind at ease. She was incredibly responsive and literally answered any message I sent within a minute. She was super helpful and made everything feel easy and stress-free. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Location was perfect! Suitable room. No frills but has everything you need

Room was very warm even though heat was turned off. When window was kept open there was excessive noices.
