食事の内容も温泉や行き届いたサービスも 概ね良かったです。

私自身が原因でしたが、（入浴チケット紛失に寄り、再発行をお願いしてしまった。） フロントの女性スタッフから部屋番号を提示の旨を説明された際に聞き取れなかったので聞き返す仕草を致しましたら、強い口調で部屋番号は⁇と聞き返されてしまいました。 正直びっくり致しました。私に原因があったにしろ、不快な気持ちになりました。 客は神では無いですが、あんな強い口調だと意図が無くても誤解を招く物だと思います。 ホテルは定期的に利用させて頂いておりますが、次回以降はその女性スタッフを避けたいと思います。若手ではなく、中堅〜ベテランのスタッフだったと感じました。とても気が強そうな感じが見受けられました。

部屋がとても広くて窓からのロケーションも最高でした。 朝食会場も広いので待ちがなく、ゆっくりと朝食を取れました。デザートのケーキは流石という感じで美味しかった。ベッドの硬さも硬めでとても寝やすかった。

お風呂がガラス張りだとトイレに入れないこと。 お風呂のテレビが映らなかったので使えなかった。 お風呂のタイルのカビが多すぎたのが残念ですね。

ホテルの中に色々な設備が入っていてホテルでゆっくり過ごす事を目的とした旅行には良いと感じました。

部屋がもう少し広いと良かったと思います。 また、冬に行ったので屋外プールなど使えない施設もあったので次回は夏に行きたいと思いました。
