建物の内部に入ってからがとても素敵でリゾート気分が上がります。ビュッフェの食事もどれも美味しく頂きました。スタッフも親切でテキパキ働いていて気持ちがいいです。

大浴場（女性風呂）についてですが、21時半頃に利用させていただきました。まだ閉館時間の23時前にもかかわらず、洗い場の片側がすでに閉鎖されていました。また、22時半頃には、ドライヤールームも使用中にも関わらず閉鎖されてしまいました。 閉館は23時ではないのでしょうか？もしこれがガトーキングダムさんの方針であれば、仕方のないことだと思いますが、少し早すぎるように感じました。 あとは、部屋の床に大きめのビーズ(前回利用者の落とし物？)が落ちており、本当に清掃しているのか？とも思いました。 それ以外は満足です。ご飯も美味しくいただきました。ありがとうございました。

とても良かった。 5歳の子どもと行ったが、プールもお風呂も大きくて良かった。施設内にあるシャトレーゼのアイスの種類も豊富で、アイス好きの子どもには最高だったと思います。 施設の周辺には子どもが喜びそうなところがなかったのが残念でしたが、夕食も豪華で良いホテルでした。

"よもやま話の冊子は素晴らしい！"

お子さん達を連れて家族で楽しむホテルでした。私は翌日石狩に行くために泊まったのですが、子育て終了後の身としては懐かしい感覚でした。ビュッフェのローストビーフは美味しかった！ 「北海道よもやま話」の冊子をいただきました。これを頂くためだけでも泊まる価値のあるものでした。続編が出たらまた宿泊したいです。 ホテルの皆様ありがとうございました。

プールはもちろんキッズスペース、バイキングレストランにはベビーベッドの横付け キッズチェアが完備され子連れには優しい 施設でした お部屋も新しくはないですが、清掃が行き届いている感じで不自由なく過ごせました
