The Terrace Hotel

The room was clean and looked amazing. The bed was very comfortable.

Unfortunately the bath did not have a plug so couldn't utilise it. There was also some event that night nearby which was very loud.

The beds were awful, parking was very expensive. The young staff though polite and pleasant did not know anything about parking

Location was great for us as it was close to the Entertainment Centre. Architects have done a great job in converting an old building into a small hotel. Rooms were quiet. Cooked breakfast was basic but OK.

Staff member on arrival was very unpleasant and unwelcoming. We were allocated a disabled access room which we did not book. No door to bathroom, very limited bench space for toiletries and rain shower was hopeless. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. The USB port was broken. The TV was not programmed for free to air TV - annoying. Restaurant closed early. No nearby food options for after the show

Excellent location. Walking distance to PCEC. Spacious, clean and comfortable rooms. Helpful staff and so handy being able to get really delicious and IMO cheap food at basically any time. Delicious breakfast! Perfect for us working events at PCEC. This was our second stay and have already booked our 3rd.

Airconditioner was not working in my room so was cooled by a portable which was ok for the bedroom area but the living area was a bit warm. There was a light up billboard across the street that was SUPER bright - not their fault - but probably need to look at adding some curtains to the rooms on the street side of the building to help block out this light.
