パース駅から徒歩圏内で立地だけは良かったです。

正直、日本人のコメントが良く、朝食無料につられて５泊宿泊しました。もう最悪なホテルです。 立地と朝食は良かったです。 ただ、朝食はよくあるブッフェタイプではなく、 例えるなら喫茶店のモーニング5種類から選ぶタイプ。 私のような思いをしてほしくないから、 正直にこのホテルについて書きます。 ホコリっぽいし、変なにおいするし。 何より、フロントは一度も会いません(笑) ゴキブリが何度も出ました。 1階がレストランだから仕方ないのかな。 下のレストランが本業で、レストランのスタッフがタオルだけ補充してるのか？って思いました。 とにかくホテルの部屋は全く掃除してないのか？ あちこちホコリだらけ。 夜は、寒いので毛布もらいたくても、 フロントいないので話にならない。 これで4つ星？嘘だろ？(笑) 正直、このレベルで５泊12.13万円だと、 高いと思います。 後々、パース駅近くのキレイなビジネスホテルが５泊で88000くらいだったので、 そちらに宿泊すれば良かったと後悔しました。

Hôtel av3c mélange de styles moderne/ancien, petit déjeuner très correcte. Personnel aimable.

no natural light through the windows due to covers, old smell of smoke/damp on carpet and wallpaper

Location was fantastic.

Bright flashing light (tv screen) across the road that wasn’t sufficiently blocked out by blinds.

I was scrutinised for trying to get a glass of water by a staff member so really wasn't sticking around for breakfast.

Room could do with airing out, was stuffy and really smelt bad

Out of the norm, quirky old world charm. Plenty of room, great location. Definitely an experience.

No parking, but $32 for the weekend within a 10mins walk.

Location. Easy short walk to the city centre. Great restaurant and bar attached.

Maybe provide toothbrush and toothpaste as a toiletries. Every other hotel in Asia I've been had that.

Nice decor

No amenities, poor service, bad tv and no windows in room.
