Hotel Santika Mataram

The hotel and room were very nice! Staff was really friendly as well with any questions i had! I only stayed for one night after gili islands for the airport

The hotel i think was central but when you walk around it didn't feel like there was much in the area. You could also hear the call for prayer from a nearby mosque in the room

Prima locatie in drukke stad. Heerlijk uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. We werden behandeld als koninklijk echtpaar 😊

Douche was niet constant in temperatuur. Zwembad prima maar voelde niet privé omdat het naast de lobby is.

Perawatan kebersihan fasilitasnya tidak terstandar seperti hotel Santika di kota lainnya, misalnya toilet yg banyak kerak hitam di bagian bawah dan dalam toilet. Selain itu banyak lalat berkeliaran didalam kamar. Ketrampilan komunikasi staff receptionsit juga perlu ditingkatkan, misalnya ketika jam 10 pagi pada saat hari check out, saya di telp, menanyakan jadi check out tidak hari tsb dan dilanjutkan dengan penegasan batas jam check out jam 12:00. Menurut perspektif saya, cara komunikasinya kurang sopan. Akan lebih baik disampaiakn dengan cara yg lebih diplomasi bukan dengan cara yg kurang etis seakan2 tamu sudah melewati waktu tinggal.
