Z łazienki wydobywał się bardzo nieprzyjemny zapach z rur, czuć go było bardzo mocno w pokoju co było mało przyjemne. Za zbita szklankę w pokoju została naliczona opłata w wysokości 105000 r..., hmmm..

Fijn verblijf gehad! De kamer was ruim en het bed sliep heerlijk. Alles was schoon en verzorgd. In de badkamer was wat kalkaanslag zichtbaar, maar dat stoorde ons verder niet.

Personnel accueillant et arrangeant. Chambre grande et propre.

Manque de choses sucrées au pdj.

여러 번 이용을 했던터라 익숙한 숙소라 편안했습니다. 이번에 머무는 동안 제공된 조식 메뉴가 좋았습니다. 편안하게 머물 수 있었고, 길 건너에 있는 공원에서 러닝을 할 수 있다는 점도 좋았습니다.

컨퍼런스 룸 앞에 비흡연 구역에서 흡연하는 것에 대한 제재조치가 전혀 이루어지지 않음

What I liked about my stay at Santika was that the room was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Additionally, the breakfast offered was good—there was a nice variety of choices and the food was fresh and tasty. I had specifically requested a twin bed room when making my reservation through Booking.com. However, upon arrival, the hotel informed me that they could not fulfill this request and claimed there was no such request on their end. When I asked for clarification, they showed me the confirmation sheet from Booking.com, which indeed did not reflect my twin bed preference. This miscommunication between Booking.com and the hotel is what I’m unhappy about. Despite making the request during booking, it wasn’t properly communicated or recorded in a way that the hotel could see and honor it. As a result, I didn’t get the room type I needed, which affected my overall experience. Clearer coordination between the booking platform and the hotel would have prevented this issue.
