The view from our window shouldn’t be blocked by green cement floor! we want natural view and not cement view..

The hotel is nice across the street from a nice park. The room was a good space for the 6 days we were there. The staff for the most part were very friendly. The breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast was very accommodating. The staff at the front of the hotel were excellent very helpful and kept the traffic moving.

The lady that checked us in was not forthcoming in the hotels amenities and would not give us a second key to access the room, but did give us a blank to keep the electricity going when we were out (my wife was working some so we could not go out separately). The gym lacked equipment and room for a good work out but the cardio equipment looked good. We went to the coffee shop in the lobby at about 3pm and had to wait for about 10 minutes for someone to come take our order then another 15 for the snack to come.
