"Very nice stay at this gem"

Clean, quiet, elegant, safe. The hotel is lovely, the staff are so helpful and patient (shout out to Shane, SO NICE and helpful). The room was quiet and clean and not cluttered with too many things on surfaces. The mini bar had lots of choices at reasonable prices. The beds were comfy, with the right amount of covers and a good selection of pillows. The a/c worked great, even when it was 100 degrees fahrenheit outside. Really nice bathroom, and good water pressure and water temp. I will definitely stay there again.

The hotel is nice, but there were additional fees charged to my card at checkout that were not disclosed (either at booking or at check-out). When I called I was told it was an employee healthcare fee and they charge this to everyone. Be wary.

We were in town for a wedding and truly amazed this gem of a hotel was settled in the middle of the Midwest! It had a European boutique vibe. The staff was over accommodating and super friendly. Glenn’s restaurant had quite a variety of bourbon and wine. Location fantastic. Can’t wait to go back again.

They made our anniversary stay very nice and accommodating. Loved the on site restaurant and the room was huge and clean. Close to walk to all kinds of fun stuff and coffee shops.
