Sapporo Kitahiroshima Classe Hotel

温泉が凄く良かったが団体の中国人と遭遇するとキツイものがありまして、静かに入浴したいので、混まない時間帯を教えてください。朝食もそうです。 駅の送迎バスがちょうど大雪の中、歩くにくいのに、時間だと周り確認せずに急に発車しました私だけ雪の中残しました、先乗った家族と降りたお客様も驚きました。必死で呼びかけて、バスがよやく戻りましたが変なところ止って、雪積るため、私の靴雪がいっぱいで、謝るもしない、時間なったらすぐ発車した何にか悪いと。実は時間も過ぎてないです。最悪でした。ホテルのスタッフ皆良くて何故この運転手を雇った今も不思議です。それで今回評価一つを下がりました。

It was my 2nd time to stay in this hotel. I feel relaxed every time I stayed in this hotel. The view from the room was magnificent. My stay was almost perfect but I got disappointed when I saw a drunk hotel guest peeping through the barrier from the men’s “rotemburo”/onsen (open air bath) to the ladies’ rotemburo/onsen. He stopped doing it when he saw me coming. After few minutes he urinated on the medicated water on the hot pool. There was no staff in the onsen area to report those disgusting and offensive acts right away. The hotel management has to assign a staff nearby the onsen area to monitor such behavior.

きれいなホテルで部屋からの景色にとてもきれいでした。 今度はプール、テニス場、フィットネス等を利用してみたいと思いました。

夕食、朝食のバイキングともに品数豊富で、素晴らしかったです。 11時のチェックアウトまでゆっくり出来ました。 また是非、ご利用したいですね。

温泉があると思っていなかったので、嬉しかったです。

Great customer service, relaxing atmosphere

Stedet var rigtig fint og dejligt japansk. Udsigten fra morgenmaden var alle pengene værd.

ホテルの温泉も気持ち良く、施設全体も清潔で整っている。 一点のみ、夜中に一次的にエアコンが機能停止するのか？、部屋が蒸し暑くなって不快だった。 （滞在した２日とも暑い日だった）

두번째 숙박으로 온천물은 더좋아졌고 가볍게 골프칠수 있어서 좋았습니다
