Sapporo Kitahiroshima Classe Hotel

Nice location

My room was awful, BUT I would stay at the hotel again. It was quiet and classy, located in a beautiful forested part of Hokkaido. The accessibility of the hotsprings (which you simply walk through the lobby wearing a hotel-provided yukata to access) is really what makes this an exquisite place to stay, but I'm a sucker for a good spa experience. While I didn't use them, the golf courses and tennis courts looked very nice. Specifics of the room: Very small with tiny beds and threadbare towels. They were unable to place me in a non-smoking room, so the room smelled like an ashtray.

The towels were very old and smelly. The room smells like BO. The onsen and golf course is nice but I will not stay here again. My son held his nose every time we walked into the room and no amount of room spray helps remove this smell.

hotel was pretty good, well kept and has great hot springs facilities.

The bed and room were not as big as the pictures indicated. Location is isolated. Nice view. Staff was a bit uppity but polite. Spa was good.
