"Bed bugs"

Broken lamps, rooms without repairing since 1950’s, bed bugs, cockcroaches. Just enjoy!

"Old and tired but still some charm"

Was a beautiful hotel. The best part today is the garden. Systems are slow. Staff tired. Badly maintained. But it has old world charm.

.L'hôtel est très propre tout est parfait L'accueil est excellent, le personnel adorable, le restaurant est aussi très bon. Je me réjouis d'y retourner. J'ai été accueillie comme une reine.

NEVER BOOK THIS HOTEL ON A THURSDAY, the discotheque will keep you awake all night long! Nice accomodation for fitness and welness. Rooms are a bit old-fashioned, but okay

Piccolo problema il primo giorno: atteso per un incontro, all’arrivo non salgo in stanza e lascio il bagaglio alla reception. Quando rientro la sera .... il bagaglio non è in stanza e neppure si trova più.... Momenti di tensione e suspense. Poi rintracciano il porter a casa: aveva portato i miei bagagli nella stanza sbagliata. Tutto risolto. A parte questo inconveniente, tutto Bens. Anche se l’albergo, di grande tradizione e fascino, avrebbe bisogno di una bella rinfrescata. Stanza con balcone con vista imperdibile sulla baia di Algeri.

"to avoid !"

Well it was pretty bad ! the bedroom was so small and a wifi which was not working. ther was never anyone at the reception desk. one evening the guy at the reception desk was shifting some paperwork while i was standing in front of him. /7 minutes after he started talking to me . a long way from the service and welcome at The mercure hotel ! well as fas as the restauarnt for lunch .....no comments
