Loved the quite location. Villa was clean and good condition. Staff were exceptional looking after all of our needs. We will return.

The room was cleaned every day but towel always had stains on the as well as the sheets stayed for 10 days they never replaced the floor mat in bathroom someday only gave us 1 face washer, glasses were never cleaned in the bathroom breakfast was ok but not much of a choice and you couldn't change anything on the list of items to make it more interesting

Second time staying here, beautiful villas in a quiet location, walking distance to Bintang supermarket and all the shopping and restaurants, 20 minutes walk to the beach, The villa I stayed in is in need of some care, the spa bath didn’t work, the shower was broken on my arrival but reported and fixed immediately, staff were very helpful and friendly, breakfast included was a bonus

Great facilities, excellent staff, location perfect, great villa very clean with our private large pool We actually stayed an extra 4 nights after the first 6 nights which was a test as we have stayed at a different villa a few years ago with cold pool in a small Villa very disappointing so we tried The Jineng Villas by Ekosistem it was fantastic the management and staff would go out of their way to accommodate us, as it was my wife’s birthday we arrived home to a flower birthday message with Towel art, a red rose plus a superb decorated birthday cake in our full size fridge, large choice for breakfast to choose from, delivered to our Villa all the luxurious extras in a large Villa close to the Bintang supermarket retail, massage & restaurants if The Gineng is available on our next visit we will definitely stay again for an extended stay as well, it is a very reasonable priced Villa that we felt very safe returning late at night. ( we had some friends visit who we meet in Phuket & they couldn’t believe our accommodation facilities for the price that we booked through Booking . Com) we felt very honered to find this Accommodation with everything that we needed. Thank-you again to management & staff for making our relaxing holiday special we will be back. The staff were very friendly and happy to help. We were disappointed with the villa, Firstly the cooking facilities were very limited and no water dispenser with fresh water was supplied. The bathroom was not cleaned very well and the pool had a very deep step to get in and out of the pool. The complex was in a great location but we probably not stay again.

My partner and I have have stayed at the Jening Villas every January for the past 3 years. First and foremost all staff are wonderful and very caring and will do the extra to make sure that we were comfortable and relaxed. This was pleasing. Location is excellent and around a 10 minute walk to Seminyak. We love the staff at Jening but don't think we will go back next year for a number of reasons especially about the conditions of the villas.

I was extremely disappointed with the villas condition. They are run down and need TLC. You cannot cook in the kitchen area. Stove does not work. I pointed this out to management last year. Nothing has been done. Bathroom spa does not work. I pointed this out to staff last year also. Taps in vanity unit leak, same as last year. Tiles in shower and bathroom are not clean and grout pealing off. Deck outside is not secure and needs attention - same as last year. Not enough cooking facilities - no microwave or cutlery, plates or glasses. Pool is great but tiles in pool need a good clean. Linen and towels have stains. They were the same last year and I pointed this out. Finally, behind our villa (private property) demolition works were happening starting at 7am and finishing late at night. Two doors down another Jineng villa was being renovated by a private owner and you could not relax at all.

Great location. Comfy bed, good shower. Very helpful staff, needed help with translation in regards to booking an opt for a medical eye issue.

Not the cleanest but it was ok. The breakfast included also not the best some options weren’t nice at all (taste wise). Not a good location for tanning as the trees are covering the whole area and pool. Photo attached was when we checked in and the inside as well as floor was sticky.
