Big spacious pool for a one bedroom Villa Delicious breakfast options Friendly staff

Unfortunately my partner & I ended up checking out a day early due to the overwhelming smell that came from the bathroom drains as well as the weak air con in the bedroom that made the smell even more unpleasant. I found hair remaining on the shower wall & floor from the previous people that had stayed before us. Needs a major upgrade considering the amount of money we paid very guttered we didn’t really enjoy our stay.

The size of the Villa was really good. We enjoyed the breakfast. Having two bathrooms and outdoor seating area next to the pool.

3 keys given for the Villa when we only needed 1 key. It was annoying having to find the key to open the gate as they all looked the same. Having to ask for milk for tea or coffee. Butter for the pancakes toast when ordering your breakfast Getting out of the pool It was wonderful to have pool but the step to get out of the pool is very slippery and narrow. It would be very difficult and challenging for elderly persons or people with disabilities

The privacy of the villa was wonderful, nice, and quiet away from the busy streets yet close to everything The staff are very helpful and friendly We really enjoyed our stay

Needed more attention to cleaning, the fridge needed to be cleaned and some spots on the floor in corners mainly but overall nice and freshly cleaned

Breakfast was very nice and the staff , however the fixtures and the property was very old and not even very clean! They are also tearing down the rest of the property.

I had stayed in the villa for about two weeks with my mum and my room was growing mould on the walls and the bathroom smelt like mould.. the cleaners changed my sheets 1 times! And when they did they put dirty stained ones on. The only thing the cleaners did was place fresh towels on the bed and makeup the bed.. my mum messaged the owner and she contacted the staff the next day she organised a deep cleaning.. which was today. My bathroom still smells and there’s still mould. In my mums room there’s mould growing on her curtains and her bathroom also smells. As well as the kitchen having mould behind the sink there were ants everywhere when we first arrived. Back to my bedroom.. the mattress was rock hard! The door on my mums bedroom and mine was so hard to open I had to get her to help me whenever I had shut the door. The kitchen door could only lock from the outside so when you went inside the door did not shut. I went to the front office for some clean towels and they then said “ this is different management sorry we can’t do that” later that day we came back and the cleaners had been. We left the keys in the box at the front and I went to grab them to open the door and they weren’t there. So I went back to the front desk.. explained everything and they said the same thing. Which then I was confused. Not great service or cleaning. The location is nice. And the villa its self is nice just the customer service.. services.. and cleanliness was horrible.
