The Jineng Villas by Ekosistem

The staff were very nice and were very good at giving you notice before needing to enter your villa for either cleaning/breakfast drop off. The breakfast was generally good. They also provide you with an adaptor which is very helpful.

The overall cleanliness of the villa was appalling, on first arrival we were met with cockroaches in the bathrooms and main bedroom, as well as a floor that had clearly not been cleaned as it still had the hair of the last tenants on it!. The bathrooms smelt so horrible and were generally unclean (there was a stain from spilled coffee on the sink in bathroom that was there when we arrived and despite us asking daily for the bathroom to be properly cleaned it remained there for the entire stay).

The property is not really clean.

Good location short walk to Seminyak main road. Staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Facilities were old, worn and a lot of maintenance was needed. Because of this it didn’t look clean. A lot of broken tiles in the bathroom and the taps came off when turning water on or off in the shower. Curtains had water stains from floor up, needing a clean. Broken, rotten wooden flooring at the door to the bedroom from entering from outside. There was no comfortable place to side outside. Only outside seating were two loungers in the shade. Very difficult to get in and out of the pool due to the high step.

Friendly staff. Spacious villa and good location.

everyone was very helpful and friendly, breakfast was fantastic, rooms comfortable, air conditioning worked beautifully

some of the amenities could have had a make over. Hard access to pool in and out, need a hand rail for older people

The staff are awesome, friendly, and always on their toes to assist in any issues. The location of the villa is great as it's near to Dewata Starbucks, Orchard Bar and eateries. The roads and alley way are leading to places which are aweyto take pics.

Insects and bugs.

I loved the location,we enjoyed walking around pool was alright, and the privacy.Staff were really nice.

Breakfast has to improve a lot. Villas are quite old and for the price you are paying they should be quite improved. Cleaning service should be better
