Hotel Casa Palacio Cadiz

Very friendly staff, great spacious room, delicious bed, perfect location.

Nice big room overlooking a main but pedestrianised road so quiet at night but lively in the day. Cadiz is a very easy town to get around and not overrun by tourists. Plenty of local people to share the beaches and restaurants the market.

Loved it,probably a little pricey if anything but once you enter apartment you've forgotten about the price.

We thought it was a hotelroom but it turned out to be a studio apartment. Check-in is not 24/7 so you have to pay attention to the check-in time. The apartment was modern, clean and with great AC. I can recommend the studio apartment.

Amazing apartment in the heart of Cadiz, within easy walking of stores, bars, restaurants, attractions and parking. We were given an upgrade (from a studio to a one bedroom apartment) as there had been some confusion over our reservation and we couldn't be happier. Salvatore was pleasant and accommodating. Great value and lovely modernized spacious place within an old palacio. Highly recommended.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in these modernised, well appointed apartments, in an excellent location. The receptionist was very helpful and the apartment was beautifully clean, very well presented and equipped in a simple style. We loved being close to the buzz of the (pedestrianised city), which we did not find in any way intrusive - we are in our 70's so don't appreciate "noise"!! Parking in Cadiz is an issue but discounted parking is available via reception in the Santa Barbara underground car park which is less than a 10 minute walk away and is easy to access. Plaza San Antonio parking is closer but dearer. The city map can be deceptive because although the old part of the very pleasant city looks to be a longish walk, it is only about a 10 minute stroll to say Plaza Flores close to the Cathedral (worth Visiting). Also enjoyed visiting Jerez (excellent Tio Pepe tour) - the Bodega Tradicion tour (of "Rick Stein fame") is expensive by comparison. Sanlucar de la Barrameda is also a very pleasant small town. Would be very happy to return.

Had a very enjoyable stay in historic Cadiz. Apartment was clean, comfortable and convenient with very helpful staff.

Unbeatable location, lovely apartment, superior service, everything we needed. Street noise can be noticeable, so it's worth asking for an apartment facing the interior, but it wasn't a problem for us at this off-season time.
