Easy access

Our TV did not work. We learned this after checking in and unpacking. When I called to ask them to fix it, they said we would have to change rooms. Why didn’t they mention this before checking in? We declined the offer as being too much hassle, and instead we asked the manager to reduce the room rate. He refused.

We liked and used washer/dryer area and glad there was an ice machine. Breakfast was just right for us-nothing fancy. Price was reasonable.

Loud music directly across from our room while people were grilling. They eventually turned it down.
