Royal Hotel De Paris

Bad bad experiences in this hotel they gave me a small closet with mattress and shower and bathroom my closets are bigger that this room so they change me for another room better but. The hotel is attached to a mans club so at night my nightmare started a lot and lough music plus the girls locker room probably above me. So I didn’t have a good sleep for 3 days but Last day I have to upgrade my room so they put me downstairs which was much better and not music at all. To the stuff very nice and good people but the property needs to upgrade their building because the noice and music at night Thank you for all those good employees who they helped me

Very central location, but poorly aired with heavy paint fumes making for a tough night

The room was pretty dirty: seems to cater to the clientele of the local strip clubs next door and one on the 6th floor - no window, and nail scratch marks on the wall next to the bed; though the TV, desk, shower, and space were comfortable enough. The location is excellent - right on the main street and about 10 minutes walk to Maidan; with lots of local restaurants, clubs, bars, and cafes. It's a perfect spot for a traveler who just needs a bed to crash in while seeing the sights of Kiev. It's a little bit noisy - though I think they tucked me away in a room that was about as quiet as possible (room 32), and asides from the deep base from one of the clubs nearby, I found it really easy to sleep.

We booked the economy room because we were only staying one night. The pictures on the hotel’s page do not represent this room at all. You couldn’t walk around the bed, there was no wardrobe, the shower was in the bedroom. It was so cramped we ditched it and paid extra to upgrade the room. There was no comparison between the two rooms. The upgraded one was twice the size. If you’re going to stay here, don’t book economy. It’s like Harry Potter’s closet bedroom and the bed was super springy.

Cold water in a shower all 3 days. 1 day also water drainage didn't work. noise from other room. Cleaners is very-very ok. First they offered a very small room with a dirty matrass, but move me to bigger room with a better bed and comfortable clean matrass right after my complain.The positive only 2 things: Location and comfortable matrass. They heard. My complains from day 1 and when I checked out. I stayed 3 nights.

This is advertised as a 4 Star accommodation. It is actually a 2 Star at best. Photos are entirely artistic licence, Threadbare Carpets, My Suite was two small rooms one with and old Sofa and one with a double bed that you could just squeeze into, Brown Water out of Bath Tap, 24/7 concierge is a girl behind a desk, coffee machine charges more for a small coffee than a coffee shop does for a large coffee, TV is an ancient satellite system with terrible reception and NO English Channels, service was terrible. In fact it was so bad I ended up moving hotels.

Centrally located. Cute hotel. My room AC didn’t work and it was very hot outside, unable to sleep well. Noice from the outside can be heard in the bedroom.

Hard to locate. Tacky and pretentious. No breakfast served. Room (De lux) is tiniest possible, the fridge wasn't in a working condition. Very noisy at night. Needs improvement in terms of refurbishment and cleaning. Definitely not a 3-star hotel

Central location, it is OK for a one night stay but not more, we chose a room without any window because it was the cheapest. It was quite warm inside the room and the air conditioning was not working. Although we asked a non-smoking room there was also avsmell of smoke inside the room

Good first - location is an easy walk down the main street to Independence Sq. free WiFi Bad- room was dirty, bed sheets stained, shower had dirt grime across the base, shower doors couldn’t be shut. Towels smelt and generally the room wasn’t clean Reception was manned whenever I went to speak to someone. At check in wasn’t greeted or welcomed, staff are rude and unfriendly. Noisy rooms and you can hear everything around you (could be why eat plugs are left in the room).
