It was uniquely bad dirty and not anywhere near as advertised on expedia

Room terrible with headboard falling off room. No cleaning, dirty room and poor shower.

Great Location in the central nearby entertainment fun and shopping arround you , very clean , Excellent service from the stuff ; but the standard room experience was very poor, since problems with limited hot water in the showers and the wall is made of drywall .

Hotel is very nice in excellent area of Kiev. Couldn’t ask for better location. Stuff is very friendly and polite. One thing that can be improved is hot water, otherwise everything is extremely satisfactory.

Even though Sunday night nearby club music noise till early hours. Room not serviced properly, had to go to reception for towel + toilet roll. Uncleaned for ages shelf to window. Nearby bus 114 to railway station.

Very loud music from the club next door, uncomfortable bed, no hot water, one towel for 2 people when we asked for an extra one we’ve been told we will get it the next day!

All rooms are extremely smelly and apparently they have fixed the Aussie few times. This place is listed as 4star hotels but it’s just guest house. It’s not for UK market, air conditioner don’t work. Worst room allocated despite having better room, no apologies or admission of fault. Definitely not a family area. No food or drinks or spa or any facilities except bottle of water that you can purchase. Over all cheap experience.

WORST HOTEL EVER!! I travel the world and never been to a hotel so sketchy and dirty as this one! on top they are scammers. I booked thru Hotels.com for 10 days and when i arrived the elevator wasnt working and had to walk 3 floors up to the receptions. then to find out there are prositutes in the lobby. I went to my room to find blood stains on my blankets and dirt all over the room and stains on the couches! I requested cancellation but hotel refused to refund me anything so i lost all my money for 9 days and HOTELS.com didnt even refund me or protect my interest! They blamed that the hotel didnt want to refund them either! Horrible experience from both the Hotel and also Hotels.com. Never BOOK THERE!

No facilities and smelly room. No cupboards for hanging clothing Lighting poor and dinghy

Central location with short walks to good food and shopping. It is a high end part of Kiev so the shops are expensive but food is great at a decent price. Staff I very helpful will clean rooms and great atmosphere. Will definitely stay again if I visit Kiev.
