It’s a beautiful oasis about 20/30mins outside Medina. (Traffic can be a deal breaker took an hour to get to hotel due to traffic). There is a heated Pool which was wonderful option as in late March weather was lovely enough to use the heated pool.

The food in the restaurant was not as good as you would expect in such a big class hotel. Such a shame as restaurant menu was good but food just didn’t meet the grade. Breakfast had an excellent choice, would have been nice to have a local option to at least try.

It’s a good location, it’s pretty, the yoga is great. The spa is good.

They add service charge to absolutely everything, the rooms downstairs are right next to the pool so it can be noisy sometimes, it would be better as an adult only hotel to my opinion.

"A wonderful hotel"

Fabulous 5 night stay in a suite.They provided an efficient pick up service from airport which took 30mins.Hotel and grounds are beautiful,such a calm oasis contrasting with the hustle and bustle of the medina.Very friendly staff and good concierge advice regarding day trips.Breakfast very good,if a little repetitive.Heated pool lovely.Others too cold in March.Beds and pillows comfortable and nice toiletries in bathroom.Turn down service with little cakes and water replenished.Ate in the hotel 1 night,food was nice,wine expensive.Shuttles to medina worked well but frequency and times could be improved.
