Stunning pool areas, great food for breakfast and dinner, Villa was spacious and comfortable

Could’ve done with our private pool in the villa being cleaned (tended to get build up of branches etc round the edges quite quickly) although we never asked for it to be cleaned so on us!

Room for improvement on service, room decor - and it is very far from the centre of Marrakech.

I stayed in anglaise, in April and the room was covered in ants. There were ants in the bed, ants in the room and in the bathroom. I got bitten alive. I complained for three days with failed cleaning attempts. On the third day they blamed me for having food under the bed attracting them.... I never ate in the room or ordered room service so they admitted they didn't clean the room properly from the previous people. They apologised and offered a 30 min massage available 2.5 hours after I had to check out.... it's not acceptable for a 5 star hotel to have ants and food left under the bed and get blamed

Heel mooi, super tuinarchitect heeft hier alles aangelegd met prachtige flora. Zeer vriendelijk personeel Zeer goed eten Ideaal voor mooie foto's te nemen. Rustige villa met 2 slaapkamers en eigen verwarmd zwembad!

De streek rond het hotel is niet zo mooi, we voelden ons niet zo op gemak om eens buiten het hotel te gaan wandelen. Ook afval langs de baan, maar dat is een probleem van de streek. Buiten het hotel kan je niet echt iets gaan eten. De prijzen zijn zoals in het Westen.

Paying was a little bit of a hurdle, but they were very nice, sending a payment link

The grounds are beautiful. Very pretty pools, one of the three is heated. The shuttle bus to and from the city centre is helpful. Yoga was fantastic (although not included in your stay and charges London prices). Cinema is a welcome addition for little ones on a rainy day. The gym is also good. Hamza and Asma very helpful.

The breakfast, although basic, is fine. Food could do with coverings to keep the flies off. Coffee is terrible. Dinner is limited menu and expensive. The hotel is shabby chic style so not for you if you prefer a modern style. The bathroom didn’t match expectations of a five star hotel.
