We loved everything and would recommend this hotel

i was overcharged by £130 from booking.com and have tried to resolve this but proving to be very difficult and not helpful this makes me reluctant to book the hotel again for November

Nothing at all. The hotel has poor hygiene levels with ants crawling around in the rooms.

The property had ants and spiders in the room. We had to check out 2 hours later and the hotel refused to give us a refund

Beautiful property. Serene pools & gardens. The room we stayed in had old school charm. The restaurant had amazing menu. All staff were unbelievably friendly & good energy.

l estrema attenzione ai pagamenti , appena fai un attività sei accompagnato a pagarla , anche il pagamento del conto viene richiesto appena entri in struttura ...un atteggiamento poco elegante considerando il livello della struttura . la posizione è lontana dal centro , mezzo ora di auto , la navetta gratuita copre pochissimi orari e comunque in orari non funzionali , i costi per raggiungere il centro sono elevati. Nota importante , un tronco di grandi dimensioni si è staccato dalla pergola del terrazzo colpendo nostro figlio di 5 anni .... poca attenzione nei confronti di questo grave accaduto

Hôtel avec de jolis chambres. Piscine conforme à la description. Très bons restaurants et une soirée incroyable sur le thème de la découverte du Maroc. Personnel très attentif et dévoué. Beaucoup de petites attentions qui rendent cet établissement très attachant.

L accès à la piscine est possible aux clients extérieurs à l hôtel sous forme de DAY PASS. Il arrive qu il n y ait pas de place sur les transats pour les clients de l hôtel. De plus, cela rend l environnement non propice au calme et au repos. Beaucoup de bruit en journée pour les chambres autour de la piscine chauffée. Dommage pour les clients de l hôtel.

Superb hotel experience. This was my second time staying here and loved it. Really enjoyed the heated pool and cinema. Was delighted and thankful for getting an upgrade to the villa with a private pool. Very spacious with good facilities. All staff were very friendly and helpful. The shuttle bus to and from the hotel was handy too. Enjoyed the spa too.

La qualité de la literie, personnel adorable et professionnel, très belle piscine non chauffée et une piscine chauffée très agréable. Excellent petit déjeuner. Nous avons aussi très bien mangé. Les massages au spa étaient excellents. Les cours de yoga excellents. Merci pour ce magnifique séjour.

Attention la piscine chauffée est à côté des chambres autour du patio. Cela peut être très bruyant car beaucoup d’enfants se baignent tout au long de la journée. La salle de fitness est très petite avec peu de matériel.
