Hog Hollow Country Lodge

This was a lovely experience. Wish we would have stayed one more night

Staff were very good

Very rustic and main seating/public area in need of a refurbishment! For the price, comparing with others around the Crags (eg Crags Country Lodge) - no comparison. Cant believe it is in the Trailfinders Brochure! Rooms were dark but i think have been upgraded recently but maybe not our cup of tea! Some of the foliage should be cut back in the main area so that the views would be better! Course to be fair some will like it but not us. Also at breakfast to charge extra for a flat white (R35) when you paying £220-£240 per night seems mad! We have stayed at much better for half the price!

Das Personal war überragend und hat alles getan damit wir uns wohlfühlen . Es gab ein großartiges Frühstück welches keine Wünsche offen lässt . Es gab einen Night Service . Das Auto wurde sogar jeden Tag gewaschen. Das Essen in Restaurant war sehr lecker und toll angerichtet zu sehr guten Preisen . Die Affen in der Lodge waren frech aber nicht aufdringlich und wirklich putzig.

Es gibt nichts zu verbessern .

Extraordinaire endroit en pleine forêt de Tsitsikamma. La vue est tout simplement hallucinante, une véritable immersion dans la nature. La piscine est belle, avec vue époustouflante. Le restaurant avec dîner le soir est digne d'un service étoilé. Le personnel nel est aux petits soins. Les lodges sont confortables.

Attention à ceux qui sont handicapés car tout est en hauteur ou descente. Des lodges sont duplex également

Too expensive for what you get

Stayed here a number of years ago and had a great stay so good to see it is still a fabulous place to spend a few days. Rooms are very comfortable and mainly have terraces built out over the Hollow. The food is excellent as are the staff.
