Das Hotel soll 5 Sterne haben, aller mangelt es stark an vielen Details. Die Qualität des Essens ist durchschnittlich. Der Kaffee beim Frühstück kommt aus einem Industrievollautomat, er ist ungenießbar, wie gesagt es soll ein 5 Sterne Hotel sein. Man wartet zu jeder Mahlzeit teils 20 Minuten um bedient zu werden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich aber absolut unqualifiziert. Getränke und Speisen varrieren stark danach wer sie zubereitet. Es wirkt als habe das gesamte Hotelkonzept keinen roten Faden, was schade ist, da die Location sehr schön ist und das Hotel an sich sehr modern.

Vue exceptionnelle. Piscines magnifiques. Suffisamment de transats très confortables. Situation parfaite .personnel très prévenant. Parking protégé. Chambre cosy avec très belle salle de douche. On a passé un séjour mémorable. C est vraiment un très bel hôtel.

Le fait de d3voir demande de l eau ou jus d orange au petit déjeuner. Ce serait pkus pratique que les boissons soient en libre service

The resort enjoys a spectacular location overlooking Spinalonga Island and close to Plaka, making it an excellent base for exploring the area. We visited beautiful beaches around Elounda, sailed around Spinalonga by boat, and even enjoyed a day trip to Chrissi Island. Having a car is highly recommended, as it makes discovering the region much easier. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. Before we had even finished parking, a member of the staff came to assist with our luggage and drove us to reception. The warm hospitality continued with refreshing homemade lemonade and a friendly check-in experience that immediately set the tone for our stay. As we were celebrating a special occasion, the team went above and beyond by allowing us to view different suites and choose the one we preferred. The suite itself was beautiful, combining traditional Cretan character with modern elegance. What truly sets this resort apart is its people. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. A very special thank you to Lauren and Marc for their excellent service in the restaurant, and the warm hospitality of mr Andreou. A particularly memorable moment was the birthday surprise. Returning to a beautifully decorated room with balloons, decorations, and a birthday cake prepared by the hotel was a wonderful experience and a gesture we greatly appreciated. The facilities are equally impressive. The pool area is beautiful, and the live music evenings held several times a week create a relaxing atmosphere by the sea. The restaurant offers stunning views of the surrounding landscape, especially during sunset, while the buffet provides a wide variety of dishes inspired by both local and international cuisine. The desserts were especially outstanding. Overall, Enorme Infinity provided us with exactly what we were looking for: relaxation, comfort, beautiful surroundings, and genuine Cretan hospitality.

No hotel is perfect, and there are a few small details regarding service organization and presentation that could be refined. However, these are minor points within an otherwise exceptional experience.

L’hôtel est magnifique et bénéficie d’un emplacement exceptionnel. Dans l’ensemble, nous avons été satisfaits de notre séjour et avons passé d’excellentes vacances. Cependant, quelques points de service nous ont empêchés de retrouver le niveau d’excellence que l’on peut attendre d’un établissement de cette catégorie. À la piscine, il semble manquer de personnel pour assurer un service optimal. La jeune femme qui s’occupe du service est très souriante et agréable, mais elle doit constamment courir partout pour répondre aux demandes des clients. À l’inverse, le barman nous a semblé peu accueillant, sans sourire, et faisait parfois des commentaires en crétois qui pouvaient laisser un sentiment de malaise. L’équipe du petit-déjeuner est quant à elle très sympathique et professionnelle. Néanmoins, nous avons été surpris d’apprendre que les cuisines étaient déjà fermées pour les omelettes alors qu’il restait encore 30 minutes avant l’heure officielle de fin du service. Cela ne nous paraît pas conforme aux standards attendus. Enfin, nous avons regretté l’absence visible de management tout au long du séjour. À aucun moment un responsable n’est venu nous saluer, nous demander si tout se passait bien ou recueillir nos impressions. Même lors de notre départ, alors que nous avons dû attendre près de 30 minutes en raison d’un problème de facturation, aucun manager n’est venu s’excuser ou s’assurer que la situation était correctement gérée. Ce sont finalement de petits détails, mais ce sont précisément ces attentions qui permettent à un hôtel de se démarquer et d’offrir une expérience réellement mémorable. Nous repartons avec une impression globalement positive, mais également avec le sentiment qu’il manque encore certains aspects du service pour atteindre le niveau d’excellence que nous avons pu rencontrer dans d’autres hôtels de standing similaire.
