Holiday Inn Taicang City Centre, an IHG Hotel

Overall it is a very good business hotel. Nice setting, very good breakfast buffet. Too bad that some tiles in the bathroom were broken which gave the otherwise good room a run-down feeling. Friendly staff, but Wifi connection could not be established without the help of the front desk due to an unhelpfull error message.

Much dirtier than a few years ago, especially the bathroom was very dirty. The location is of course ok in the center of taicang. Wifi is very good. Service is mediocre, breakfast and dinner are good, but I was not able to get a glass of red wine. English is poor.

Was staying there for 5 days for the first time and it was good. The receptionits are all friendly, helpful and their english is perfect. The room was big and clean. Breakfast was for in China located hotel (for a european person ) o.k. but improvable (please keep in mind, I‘m not a friend of chinese breakfast). In the evenings the bar Servers nice beers and also here the barkeeper was very helpful and friendly

Trevligt, rent och välskött hotell i västerländsk stil. perfekt för affärsresa i området. kringområde inte mycket att se förutom industri.

After a long trip you will be quicly checked in and you can rest in your room which you can make dark and quiet even if it is mid of the day. Rooms are clean and equipped with all you need including good internet connection, iron and kattle to prepare tea or coffe. You do not need any adapter to your plugs as the sockets are adapted. After enjoying a good food you can go for a walk - at a short distance you will reach shopping center where you can buy some suvenirs for your beloved obnce, who are waiting for you at home.

Not good experiences in this Holiday inn in Taicang - Room daily house keeping not good, table not clean, dirty towel left behind for 2 days, looks like tidy in really rush for 2 days already now - non smoking room smells like smoking room 😖, terrible - complimentary water on the second day came already opened
