"Lots of shopping and eateries nearby."

Location is great, service is good. Getting there from Shanghai needs some work. My advice would be to take taxi all the way.

"Very convenient hotel"

We booked a meeting room which was good, even though the airconditioning system was difficult to handle resp. it didn't cool down properly. The bar is good, the rooms are comfortable and well above standard for a holiday inn.

"Comfortable and quiet"

I had a one night stay in this hotel. It is clean and comfortable and extremely quiet- it is a very good hotel for a quiet nights rest on a busy trip. The bed was very comfortable and the room had good lighting and power outlets (110- no need for multiple adapters. The breakfast buffet was adequate- lots of choice and freshly made. I would definitely stay here again

"괜찮은 호텔."

일부 바닥이 청소가 안된 부분도 있었지만 중국호텔의 전반적인 수준 보다는 좋았다. 침구가 잘정돈되어 있고 깨끗하며 편안했다. 조식부페도 괜찮은 수준이다. 커피를 테이크아웃하게 배려한 것도 마음에 든다.

"The best Holiday Inn of the chain."

This is the best Holiday Inn you will ever stay in. This was my first trip to China and the HI in the City Centre was the nicest HI I have ever had the pleasure of staying in for 4 days. The view of the canal was relaxing and the hotel staff was welcoming. The hotel was very upscale and one of the cleanest I have ever stayed in. There are too many positive comments to state here. I will definitely stay here again on all of my future business trips to Taicang. Five stars!
