Very nice place to have vacation. Rooms are maintained in good condition and staffs are very helpful… food is tasty especially pineapple rasam is remarkable…

- polite staff - well kept rooms - very peaceful, calm ambience. Good for a traditional nature getaway - nice home style food, traditional kerala cuisine

- road leading up to the resort was muddy in the rain and our wheels spun l. We needed help to push it and it wasn't a great start to our holiday - some small things could have been improved like providing a point of contact and the wifi password without us having to ask for it, also some remotes for AC/ TVs were missing or needed batteries to be replaced.

The staff showed a truly caring and supportive attitude, making guests feel valued and understood. The property also boasts a stunning landscape that enhances the overall experience.

The property is not very clean and contains several broken components. The electrical system is unreliable; power frequently outages but usually restores quickly, which is disruptive. One particularly severe incident occurred during the night when there was a complete power blackout for approximately 30 minutes. Unfortunately, during this time, my wife was using the toilet, and she became very upset due to the complete darkness.

The property is incredibly beautiful and the staff is so nice. They showed us their cardamom plantations and the visit was very interesting .

The access is a steep unpaved path, which can damage the vehicles

Un havre de paix pour se reposer après avoir visité la ville de MUNNAR. Les chambres sont vraiment confortables, spacieuses et fraîches. Le jardin est majestueux, coloré, habité par des oiseaux, singes, écureuils. La propriété est au départ une plantation de cardamome qu’il faut absolument aller voir , elle s’enfonce dans une forêt merveilleuse. Le personnel était très souriant et faisait tout pour nous faire passer un beau séjour ( activités, jeux etc) . Le coin piscine est lui aussi merveilleux.
