View is good. Rooms are not upto the mark. Fan n ac doesnt work many times. Washroom isn't comfortable. Water flush problem was there. No bath tub

it was ok, Hygiene is to be taken care, breakfast not very good. otherwise the location, service are all fine.

Nice place to come back again. Hotel is very close to the beach and the sea view room gives amazing view

Stayed in luxury room with sea view for 2 nights in 2nd week of April. -The luxury rooms are located on ground floor, so the garden , the fencing and the tress block your view of the sea. The rooms on 1st floor should have a better view -zero privacy if you keep the curtains open - no bath towels provided. Received pool towels instead after a few reminders.No mats in room or bath, you will end up messing your floor and beds. It's a beach resort and both things are a must have!! -The reception staff was rude and encouraged us to write a bad review coz they don't care. Good for them! - Decent breakfast. - A bit expensive compared to the price vs service vs location. There are better options available in Goa at this price, better view/service/food etc (Even 4/5 star ones during off season ).

A pleasant stay, nice pool, friendly and helpfull staff. comfortable room and bed. good views of the nearby beach and sea , areas just outside of hotel not so clean and tidy as home to the local street sellers, but that's not hotels fault or responsibility.

We did not enjoy our stay at this hotel. It was our 3 year anniversary and we came to Colva to celebrate. The room was dirty. The Hotel is not well maintained. The beach outside the hotel is dirty and there was a bad smell outside our room.

The hotel management is fairly shoddy, and extremely unprofessional housekeeping. Rooms were never cleaned.

Overall a decent hotel very close to beach. Rooms are good especially sea facing ground floor rooms. Very good restaurant with good buffet breakfast. Could have been better if there is more coordination between the reception and maintenance. Worth staying if you don't mind minor issues.

Olin yksin matkalla ja yövyin neljä yötä tässä hotellissa. Hotelli oli hyvällä paikalla mukavassa Benailimin kaupungissa, kotoisa huoneisto oli kuin oma koti Intiassa. Suosittelen!
