Longuinhos Beach Resort

The hotel to our first glance was entirely different than it was in the pictures. It is vey cpose to the beach, but this b3avh unlike, calangute or baga or varca is not clean. It ismain place for fishing, so its full of smell. Secondly, there is a lot of unhygene on this beach. The staff in the day time is very accomodating, but to our surprise, there is no night staff. Power goes, and u need to search some one in the night to put it on. Pathetic, I have travelled a lot, but mot seen such a hotel. The breakfast is good. Good biew from the rooms and the restaurant.

Booked the hotel through Expedia.com and when i called after arriving GOA to find the way. the hotel staff without even a regret told that the booking is not available. Because of the Independence holiday and the weekend rush the hotel guys preferred in giving my booking to another group who paid them few thousand rupees extra. i was stranded with my 2 small kids and one of my friend helped me in finding another accomodation.

Decent rooms with a marvelous sea view, coconut trees and fishing boats around. 50mt is what you walk to touch the ocean. The restaurant as well needs a special mention bcoz the cooking was amazing.. be it a fish,lobster or veg..yum! Rooms are tidy but internally might need some overhaul...a little outdated may be for the price one pays.

This is excellent resort, very good service, rooms are clean, specious. 5 mins walk from Colva beach, it's on sea shore. however, when I reached resort experienced smell as nearby fishing boats were parked, winds flow was from ocean, fishing boats ....towards resort.

Would like to share the experience of hotel. After 10 PM we were unable to buy Mineral water from the Hotel. We were informed that store/ restraurant is closed. We could not believe that a Hotel is replying its guest that water is not available after 10 PM. Another incident was that one of our rooms key was missing and we requested for a duplicate key at the reception. To our surprise the staff informed us that duplicate / masterkey is not available and they need to approach duplicate key maker. Further food quality was also substandard compared to local restraurants in near by location of Colva beach. Overall feedback the staff needs training in hospitality management and restraurant needs better chef.

Decent room size, very good location next to the beach, facilities are good but the whole place is very worn out. Could do with a fresh lick of paint or some modernisation.

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in at Goa I have been going for the past 10 years and decided I would go for a hotel a little bit more up market as a special treat for our anniversary, how wrong could I have been the guest houses and hotels that I have stayed in are cleaner, cheaper and staff are a lot more friendly. When you complained to the management about your room and the condition they just ignore you and start to treat you like leapers and I am certain that they deliberately did things to make our stay as uncomfortable as possible. The hotel mainly had Russian guests staying and I don't think it should be advertised as suitable for people from the uk. It is definitely not worth the money. Zimmer bei Ankunft ungepflegt, erst auf Hinweis wird geputzt. Leider auch nur punktuell, also nicht gründlich. Nachts ca. 1 1/2 km entfernte Disko bis in den frühen Morgenmit extrem lauten Bässen. Frühstück sehr gut.

Decent clean rooms, pleasant pool area, a little walk down backstreet back onto town, but backs onto the beach. Overall good for the area. Rooms lacked a safe and a refrigerator which would have been standard in others. Service was painfully slow, even to get towels when housekeeping did not come, but staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. WIFI service did not reach the rooms in usable strength, many guests congregates in the lobby to get usable service. Almost total lack of power outlets, one Indian style (not international like many other hotels these days) bedside, and just one other in the room for the TV wish you had to unplug if you wanted to make coffee. (Stayed for 3 nights in March 2013)

It was an best hotel with sea side view, very good service, food quality is also good. Must go with Hotel
