Hotel Komune and Beach Club Bali

I want to share a warning to other content creators and collaborators considering working with Hotel Komune Bali. In my experience, this resort asks for an unusually large number of deliverables across multiple locations, sometimes involving extra costs, which I found excessive and not typical of other hotel collaborations I’ve done. They also insisted on having my credit card details upfront before confirming any stay, which I found unnecessary and suspicious, especially since other hotels in Bali never required this for collaborations. Most importantly, I found the communication from the General Manager, Eka Jayantara (Mr.), to be rude, aggressive, and accusatory. This level of unprofessionalism is not what I would expect from someone managing a 4-star property and left me feeling extremely uncomfortable and disrespected.

I was in Komune for a wedding (not mine lol), The only thing that i can say is that it was one of the most wonderful place i ever stayed it was just awesome especially for the surf and the amazing staff. A special thanks to all them who are so kind, friendly and caring, having them around made the stay even more lovely. Their smiles brightened each day spent there even on rainy days. For the wedding who could have taught that the best wedding planer was a man, my dear friend Dewa AUGUSTIANA !!! You can put your trust in his hands for the special day of your life, he will handle it like his own, you'll leave with sparkle memories. He is accompanied by the stunning Anta and Nanik, both of them, hiding in the shadow like Batman and Robin jumping out of nowhere to help you with anything you need or want, always with their bright and friendly smiles. And for the food, you'll have your amazing Eben (and all his crew) !!! He is the reason i gain somes kilos, he even made me eat tofu and liked it. A big strong (like Hulk) cook, whose food will be remembered by your palate. The facilities are designed for both families with children and travelers without children looking to relax in peace. For families with children, there's a playground with a trampoline, various games, and even a skatepark. For those seeking a peaceful environment or wanting to exercise, there’s a small jogging track, a 24/7 open gym, and a child-free pool with a bar where you can enjoy calm. Thank you to my friend who has chosen the place for his wedding he made us discover a place and all i want now is to go back there and enjoy each moment at this place, watching the sunrise in the morning from the bar or the swimming pool; the 4 to 5 pm happy hour, a good dinner, and exchanging with the lovely staff i was blessed to meet, they are the heart of this resort.

Komune was such a beautiful place to stay. The rooms were gorgeous, comfy beds and the service was exceptional. Staff are so beautiful here and our our stay the best possible. Such a stunning location also, swimming in the pool watching all the surfers. Highly recommend

We had our wedding at hotel Komune and it was beyond our wildest dreams. The staff were so attentive and made sure every single detail was covered. As the Bride, I was not left with anything to stress about. There is such a peaceful and family friendly vibe. Everything you need is at the resort, you won’t need to leave and the staff will help you with any needs. This meant that we got to spend a lot of quality time with our family and friends. We will absolutely be returning one day as we have made life long memories here.

We have stayed here twice and just had our wedding here and it’s incredible! The staff go above and beyond. The hotel facilities are everything you could want and food is so delicious! They made our wedding the most special day and went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smooth. Couldn’t have asked for a better wedding venue and hotel! Can’t wait to keep coming back for years to come!

Stayed for 1 week at Komune with my 4 year old daughter. Yaya and team at kids were amazing great facilities meant got surf and enjoy while my daughter was well looked after. This was my 2nd time komune and this time was even better the new sauna/ice bath facility is great! Special thanks to Dewantari, Mega and Lisina from the office for helping with extending our stay and being so accomodating.
