Good staff clean good room

Good location

We booked the executive suite room. It was very nice and clean, very roomy, and well equipped. We generally enjoyed our stay. The hotel is right in the middle of town on a busy road at the Mekong river side. Internet at the hotel is virtually non existent, so it’s a good idea to purchase a local SIM. One thing we were disappointed about was the management complaining to us about the littlest things. That is why I gave only 3 stars for communication.

Very helpful staff View from the balcony

Second time staying at the TAO Riverside Residence and it did not disappoint. Grabbed a riverside loft and the room was spacious, comfortable, clean, with good amenities. The staff are excellent and the location cannot be beat.

Didn't know about the weekend market that gathered just outside my balcony that was quite noisy but there is nothing the hotel can do and it was some interesting people watching.

Tao is right on the Mekong river, in the centre of Phnom Penh. It is a clean, comfortabel and economical place to stay. We like it.
