Just off the main esplanade area, walkable to boat rides, the Palace, shopping, food and bars. Great location. No on site laundry apparent, although the Expedia ad does note laundry facilities.

Hard to fault this place. Great staff, lovely room, top location, clean.

No fault of the hotel but the taxi driver to Battambang was driving a little scarily. I have provided feedback to the hotel so it may not be a problem in the future.

Room size . Balconies . Double glazing . Fantastic helpful friendly staff.

Walking distance to a lot, large rooms

The property was great. Only concern/problem we had is that our driver that we arranged through the hotel to take us to Sihanoukville kept falling asleep at the wheel. It was the most terrifying drive of my life.

Best hotel in the world! I love Tao so much. I've stayed there three times now in three months. The staff are awesome and treat you like a part of the family. The Owner is very friendly and welcoming. The rooms are magnificent, so large, with great views and everything you could ask for. I personally advise staying in the Penthouse, really great room and view. I love it at Tao

The location is perfect for being right on the river. And also the nightlife many restaurants right around there and the staff was super nice and super accommodating and 24 hours felt totally safe. they upgraded me when they had an extra room.

The only real negatives are no fitness center and no swimming pool. But the views were great.

Rooms are very spacious. Location of property was good too. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Views aren’t the best, but not bad either. Hotel is on a small and busy street, so that’s what you see! It’s entertaining.
