While hotel is undergoing renovations, the excellent service continues. Be sure to stop by Agatha restaurant for delicious and freah Colombian! You will be greeted by Alexander who always shares a warm smile and amazing service. Been coming here for years! It’s always great service! Cheers

Staff and clean

Mess up between property and booking.com on the room. Both made me pay extra. Upgraded room being under the pool was too hot. Upon complaining nothing was done

The staff were very friendly and were going out of their way to assist us. They were very professional. The hotel was very clean and the surrounding areas as well. Close to shopping and transportation with a lot of dining options within the hotel and surrounding area. The pool was clean and quite large and the always had a lifeguard on duty. Highly recommend it. Five stars are not enough.

"Great hotel but located far from historic centre"

The Double Tree by Hilton in Chapinero is in a safe area north of the city, which is convenient if you want to walk around the centre of the city . The facilities are very good but we had no opportunity to use them as our stay was for only a few hours. The staff were very attentive to our needs and requests.

A packed breakfast would have made a difference to our early morning departure.
