"Good"

The A/C was not working and we had to pay a fee for an early check-in. Even with the window open it was hot in the room and we had trouble sleeping. The early check-in was 50% off the daily charge which I find expensive knowing they had many place.

"Family fun in Bogota"

The staff are great with children and very willing to help with any hotel issues. Mr. Steven Barrera went above and beyond to provide service at all times of the day. Staff like him make the stay wonderful. The breakfast has more food offerings than most other hotels.

Executive lounge was never available, snacks were never given and free water at lounge was never given. The staff was great and the housekeeping was great. Parque la 93 definitely not the top place to be at.
