Nothing. I endured the stay because i know i can’t get my money back.

It’s not how I expected it based on the marketing and photos. Very old and unmaintained property. Pillows are yuckie too. They don’t replace the cushion inside. Seems like being used for a decade already. Color of pillow is brown inside, although white pillow case hides it.

A comfortable stay and great Location I had a pleasant stay at The Exchange Regency Residence Hotel. The room was clean, the staff were friendly, and the location made it easy to explore the Ortigas area. The pool and sauna were a nice bonus after a long day. Would definitely consider staying here again.
