I had a wonderful experience at the Exchange Regency Residence Hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The location was convenient, parking was easy, and the air-conditioning worked well.

The room’s condition was unacceptable. The bed covers had stains, the lighting was inadequate, and there were numerous cockroaches throughout the room. Several were crawling on the dining table, and some even made it into our food. This was highly unsanitary and deeply concerning.

Yet, if I'm honest, it was the people who truly made my stay so incredibly special and heartwarming. The staff are simply lovely souls; their friendliness is genuine, and you can truly feel they care about your well-being. Everyone, from the front desk to the hallway, offered a beaming smile and a helpful hand. They didn't just meet expectations; they went the extra mile with heart, making the entire visit seamless and wonderfully personalized.

A genuinely pleasant stay at The Exchange Regency. The high-floor view of the Ortigas skyline was fantastic, especially the city lights at night. The hotel itself has a calm, relaxing ambiance that's a nice escape from the city hustle. What truly stood out was the check-in, the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, offering a genuine warmth that made me feel at ease right from the start. That warm service really set the tone for a great stay.
