The hotel was well-maintained, the staff were welcoming and efficient, the location was convenient, and my stay was pleasant overall.

Microwave was in the photo of my premium room and it was not provided in my room, only for premier rooms Took staff 50 mins to fulfill my request of heating my meal with their staff microwave Fridge was set to 7 temp, it froze my items, nearly exploded my 2 reusable bottles The door to my unit was possibly tampered with as on my 2nd day I nor the front desk staff could open it without a specialist coming to replace the door The tv remote buttons are not accurate and confusing Stay away from here

Walking distance to SM Megamall. Nearby convenience stores (Lawsons, 7/11), nearby coffee shops like pick up coffee and Zus.

A lot. 1. Hotel is old 2. Bed is uncomfortable. On pur first night, it seems like the bedsheets were not replaced. There are still stains on the bedsheet when we arrived but because it's already late we weren't able to request for change of bedsheets and pillow case. We were not able to sleep comfortably because the sheets were itchy. 3 Super liit ng banyo. As in. When you open the door, bubungad na sau un toilet bowl, and not unless you are super thin mdali lang sau lumusot papuntang shower area, pero if not, you have to squeeze yourself in between sa door and sa lababo. 4. It's like they do not clean the room. The phone is dusty, the inside of the ref is dirty. Overall, we were not happy with pur stay. We booked 3 days and 2 nights pero dahil di kami nasiyahan we left kinabukasan din.

Good service and Friendly staff's, Specially the Housekeeping peeps. The room are clean and comfortable, location is convenient at the podium and megamall.

My internship at The Exchange Regency Residence Hotel was an incredible learning experience. From day one, I was given real responsibilities in Housekeeping Department. The team was welcoming and always ready to share their knowledge, making me feel like an important part of the department. I gained valuable skills in communication, problem-solving, and customer service, and I appreciated how hands-on the experience was. This internship has given me a solid foundation in hospitality, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to grow in such a supportive environment.

I had a very pleasant stay. The staff was really helpful and courteous , and specially to attention to details of room cleanliness , fresh linens, spotless bathrooms, and well-maintained public areas.

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities I needed – including a very comfortable bed, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a modern bathroom with great water pressure. Housekeeping was consistent and thorough throughout my stay
